My biopsy report says: Nature of Specimen : Ileal Biopsy Clinical Details : Ulcersm Erythema in Terminal Ileum Microscopic examination : sections show fragments of ileal mucosa with areas of erosion. some of the fragments shows lymphoid follicles and reactive hyperplasia of lymphoid tissue. The mucosal lamina propria shows mild to moderate infiltration with lymphocytes. plasma cells and few eosinophils. There are 15-20 eosinophils per high power field. Epithelioid granuloma not seen. Impression: Chronic Iletis What does this report means? is it some thing dangerous ?

the biopsy abnormality may be due to crohn's disease or non specific ulcer.
