Bitten By A Dog, Itchy Face And Eyes, Sick, Cold Sweats, Tired. Precaution?
Hi i was biten by what i think was a male black widow a few min after i had a really itchy face and eyes and sneezing whick lasted about 5 min. I woke the next feeling really sick, ached all over, cold sweats, and feeling really drained and tired. Do i need to see a doctor or is it something that i just let run its course.

Allergic reaction of any insect bite is depends upon individuals.
It will subside within one hour to one day.
You have to take short course of steroid with levocetrizine.
You can also apply calamine lotion and steroid containing cream.
Consult your doctor for better medical management.

The reaction seems to be hypersensitivity reaction due to insect bite. Feeling like drained and lot of sweats may be due to increased cholinergic activity due to black widow spider. Take anti histamie with steroid and consult your doctor for further examination and managementASAP. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
