Blew Nose Causing Sharp Pain, Popping, Dizziness, And Vomiting, Kindly Suggest
I have been suffering from a sinus infection and yesterday when I blew my nose, I got a horrible pain in my right ear and then it popped. It brought me to my knees due to the dizziness and then I vomitted. I was dizzy for the next 15 or so minutes and that when away but I have felt sick now for over 12 hours. Should I go to my doctor or will it clear up on it s own?

Hi,
You seem to be having acute sinusitis, it is better if can you get an ENT opinion done. Do steam inhalation 3-4 times/day, drink plenty of warm water as this will keep you hydrated. Also take some anti-inflammatory (such as Diclofenac/Ibuprofen) tp get some pain relief.
