Blockage In Digestive Tract In Center Of Breast, burping Lot,no Burning
Hi There, Since yesterday morning I have felt like I have a blockage in my digestive track around the area right in the centre of my breast . I have been burping a lot to try to relieve this discomfort but its is not help. I think it may be indigestion but I have not suffered from it before and there is no burning. I can particularly feel it when drinking liquids.
please take some ppi tab called pantoprozole 40mg(before breakfast once daily) and 10ml antacid suspension called sucralfate three times a day before food, if these syptoms are due to APD they will be cleared otherwise kindly request you to undergo a ultrasound of the abdomen to rule out any gallbladder stones or can plan a upper GI endoscopy to ruleout any oesophageal disorders.
What you have is a classic case of gastro-esophageal reflux. You can get over it by taking T Rabeprazole 20mg twice daily for 3 days and Mucaine gel 10 ml thrice daily for 3 days.Eating apples also helps to releive the symptoms.Your burping can be relieved by taking lemon tea.If all these measures do not help you with your symptoms you might need to visit a gastroenterologist to get an upper GI endoscopy done
