Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You should get the stool examined. You have not mentioned the age of your daughter.
If your daughter is a young child, then intussusception has to be excluded along with dysentery.
If she is middle aged or above, hemorrhoids also have to be considered.
Hard stools can also lead to bleeding per rectum, due to mucosal tear caused by the hardened stool.
I find this answer helpful

I'm having the same problem! Except I've been having intense pain in my middle to lower left abdomen. Then it'll spread to my lower back also. The last time i had a bowel movement (like a week ago) it was very very dark! Now when i feel like i have to "go" its only blood tinged sticky mucus! The one time i did pass a stool, it was very tiny, sticky & also looked like paper or like white meat chicken was in it! (Sorry for the examples!!) I've also started being very tired like it hits me like a "ton of bricks" and it takes all i have to keep standing! The pain & such started friday afternoon and hasn't let up very much and its now Tuesday! I also had a small bloody nose a time or two but it only bled from the left side! I tried taking some laxatives thinking it was just constipation but nothing but mucus came out! I have no health insurance so i can't run to the doctor and even if i did, I'm a single mom struggling to keep my head above the "water"! My son is my world and i want to stay healthy for him so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I suggest you all look into Celiac Disease / Candida. I would remove all sugars, carbs, fruits, from your diet. This bits of white / yellow in stool is indicative of Candida yeast, as well as the constipation. Fatigue / brain fog are also symptoms of this. Start yourself on a Gluten Free / Candida diet.

Hi, I'm 16 years old and I have never had my period. Today I went to the bathroom to take a poop and when I wiped mucus that was a brownish/reddish color showed up on the toilet paper. When I got home, I felt a little constipated so I pushed a little and this brighter red mucus came out it was much more this time, but still not a ton. I went again later this evening and again i wiped and i saw an almost brown mucus come out and than it faded to a reddish color as i kept wiping. I can't tell if the mucus is coming from my butt or vagina. I thought that maybe I was about to start my period, but this blood only comes out when i poop. I'm very confused and worried, I need help!
