Blood Sugar Level High, On Gemer P2, Taking Healthy Diet. How To Reduce The Sugar Level?

I had a blood sugar level of 399 PP. I wa put on medication of Gemer P2 twice a day. My diet contains mostly of Fenugreek leafy veg, at noon and night with 3 to 4 chapatti. Mornings Tea with chapatti, midday a glass of Oats. My blood sugar level after 20 days was 171. Brisk walking done when going to work. My goal is to bring it to 110. Pl advice.

hellow henry, It is life style disease, need,-diet control,excerise &medication, In diet- use 2 chhapti at times, not more than 2 chhapti, take small piece of chhapti &chew atleast 20-30 times, better mix gram in whole wheat then use like chhapti, eat more fibre( cucuber, tomato, cauliflower) , eat more proetin like all pulses, egg white only, avoid sugar, sugare cane juice,sweet, use one fruit daily especilly- orange,apple, papya, but avoid more sweet fruit like- bannana, mango, use liitle rice better use steamed rice( when its water is throwen) ,diet will be small & its 3 to 4 times in adays, excerice- brisk walking excellant, YOGA, relaxing excercise, avoid stress, tension,angry, always smile, laughter therapy, contue same medication,hpe my advice useful to you, thank you.
