Your husband is suffering from dyslipidemia and altered LFT though you didn't mentioned other components of LFT. His cholesterol level is borderline high and triglycerides level is also increased. He should take tablet Atorvastatin 10 mg once daily after dinner and get the follow up reports after one month. If Triglycerides level is not controlled then Tablet Fenofibrate 140 mg combination with Atorvastatin 10 mg should be given. For Altered LFT he should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 150 mg twice daily for three months.Three months can be extended more depending upon reports. So,his condition is easily managable and he should also increase physical activity in the form of walking ,exercises etc. He should also be screened for Hypertension. Aviod fat and red meat.Take plenty of fibres in diet. Get well soon.
Levels of SGOT and SGPT are high but not to a great extent. There may be some overload to liver function like some medicines or alcohol if any. These levels can easily be brought down by liver supportive treatment like sorbiline. There is no need to worry.
