Bodybuilding With Natural Food And Whey Protein. Can I Take Zincovit, Vitamin C And Shelcal Tablets?

Hi im into bodybuilding for a few years now.. till now i have consumed natural foods and whey protein.. my brother had already bought zincovit , vitamin c tablets and shelcal tablets 6 months back.. he has not been going to gym because of his work.. now, can i use those tablets for myself.. will it cause any side effects ?
