I still feel sever pain in my shoulder , neck and sometimes backside of my head. pl help me what i can do now?
Hi Alamgir,
You are lucky not to have a cancer but the manifestation is just like cancer.
Because you are having a painful lump in neck/shoulder you ought to receive treament but at times it is not straight forward in such cases except for painkillers.
Your physician might be thinking of having a further work up rather than jumping for drugs.
Please have a quick follow up if the pain and swelling do not subside.
This may be also due to infection- bacterial/tubercular/viral/fungal in decreasing order of possibilities.
Wish you pink of health.
