So, I continue sleeping through out the day and by evening I observed a lot of improvement. But still my right eye is red in color, little soar and watery. I would like to answer your question and your satisfaction is my goal .
From the history given by you , it seems as if you are suffering from conjunctivitis , and it may be allergic or it may be infective conjunctivitis . I would suggest you to visit your eye doctor as you may require antibiotic and anti-allergic eye drops . Meanwhile , you should use artificial tears to soothe your eyes and frequently wash your eyes with cold water as well . Take some pain killer tablet like Ibuprofen . Use sun glasses while moving out in bright light , do not rub your eyes and wash your hands frequently .
I hope you will find my answer helpful .
Wish you a speedy recovery .
Good luck .
Best regards .
