Breast Milk Without Being Pregnant, Late Periods. Have Adenoma. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Any Ideas?

My breasts produce milk even though I have never been pregnant or breast fed. I also have an adenoma on my thyroid but never got treated for it since my T3 and T4 results came out in a normal range. I had sex with my boyfriend six days after my last period. My period is now late by 6 days. I took a home pregnancy test twice but it keeps showing shadow/blurry lines. I can't even tell if there are one or two lines. Could I be pregnant.

Breast milk.production in women who are not pregnant/breast feed.could be due to elevation of hormone level spacifically Prolactin this known as Galactorrhea.......the fertile period of the 28days of the menstural cycle usualy fall on the 14day(+-2day) from the first day of cycle.. thus it is difficult to say about pregnancy....thank...

Welcome to HCM.
Milk sometime is there even without pregnancy due to hormonal response.
Keep regular follow up for thyroid adenoma.
Do urine pregnancy test again after 8th day because sometime it gives late result.
You can also confirm it by blood hcg level and USG.
Consult your doctor for further guidance.
