Breathlessness, Numbness In Limbs, Palpitation, Feeling Tired. Family History Of Heart Problems

Hello Sir, I am a 28 year old male from India. I am thinking that I may have coronary heart disease . Could you please look into my symptoms and give advice? My father underwent coronary angioplasty last week. I have many similar symptoms like - shortness of breath after physical exertion, feeling of numbness in arms and legs if I continue in the same position for 20-30 minutes, occassional palpitation , tired feeling every day. I do exercise like walking for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I eat high fat diet many times a week. I felt the numbness in arms and legs from last 2 weeks only, not before. Please let me know if you need more details.
