Brown Discharge, Clitoral, Pelvic Pain, Tested Positive For Bacterial Infection. Advise?

I am a 20 year old woman and I've had vaginal itching and burning for 6 years accompanied by a foul-smelling discharge. Today I noticed a brown discharge, clitoral pain, and pelvic pain which makes it difficult to walk or sit down. I just went in for a pelvic exam a few days ago and I tested negative for all STDs but tested positive for a bacterial infection. I picked up my meds for that today and haven't started treatment yet, but I'm worried about new symptoms. What could this be?

You are probably suffering from Bacterial vaginosis/Trichinosis along with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. You will need a course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs as prescribed by your gynaecologist to clear up the symptoms.A Gynaecological check up is imperative as is the follow up.
