Bruised Swollen Ankle. Bump Formation. What Is It?

I hurt my ankle almost a year ago playing soccer. It bruised really bad and I could barely walk on it. It was also swollen. I never went to a doctor but since then my ankle has not been the same. It looks slightly different than my other ankle and I notice it hurts when it is cold outside. I can also see a slight bump right underneath my ankle do you know what it is?
