Bruising And Limited Movement Of The Arms After An Injury. Need To Get Checked?

I wrecked on my bike Friday afternoon going over the handlebars but bearing some of that blow with my upper arms; result: my elbow doesn't straighten, has limited range of motion and hurts if pushed to do more or rotate further. There is no apparent swelling or discoloration. I have a couple other deep bruises that are starting to show up. Should I see a dr or wait for my elbow?
Thanks

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
If there is an associated persistent swelling and pain during the active movements of the arm, then a physical examination and investigations like X-ray are recommended to rule out any bone injuries.
