Bruising On Pectoral Muscle, Tender To Touch, Bumps Like Bulging Veins. What Could This Be?
I recently began to have some bruising on my left pectoral muscle. Although no visible bruising occurs, the muscle in certain areas is very tender to the touch. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that I had small bumps where the bruises were. These small bumps actually felt like bulging veins. The pain and the bumps are never in the same area and move about every two-three days. What could this be?
sounds like you might have phlebitis I.e inflammation of the veins in that particular area. unusual location and more commonly found in the arm or the leg. it is usually non-infective and antiinflammatory medication is all that is required.
