Bump Getting Bigger Behind Ear, Growing From Skull Bone. Whom To Consult? How To Remove It?
Can a bone spur grow on your skull? I have a bump that keeps getting bigger behind my ear, which causes my eye glasses to be off-center. I would like to have the bump removed but it seems to be growing from the skull bone. What type of doctor would I see for this problem? Can the skin be cut and pulled back, and then somehow shave down the bump? Thank you for the help!

Consult ENT surgeon first let him examine the lesion and he will tell you what to do about it, if it has to be removed then the surgeon will do it, you need not suppose to do it, neither it is your business, have nice day.

Hi... I'm dr. Charles... I'll help u through.. first thing I wud suggest u is to see a general surgeon to rule out if the bump is from the bone or from the sebaceous glands or from the subcutaneous plane... for dat.. at times he may ask u to a X-ray of the site or even a ct scan of ur skull... n then he will proceed with the surgery plan....
