Bumps On Legs, Migraine. Prescribed Paracetamol

I have recently noticed bumps on my legs and migraines. I have visited the doctor and they said that it wasn't migraines. Although my new doctor said they were. Now the new doctor also said that the bumps were related to the migraines and is having me take paracetamol. He did not inform me of what he is suspecting and I was wondering what you might think it is.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is something weird how can this is possible that a some kind of bump on leg and migraine are related with each other, your former doctor was right, I think you must have asked him, whether it is Migraine or not, to clear your doubt and he gave you right answer, and that did not satisfy you, so went to another doctor and you must have asked same question, but at this time doctor must have red your mind said yes it is related to Migraine, in fact this is not at all related to Migraine and could be something else which need to examined, let me advise you something you better just concentrate on thing if your prime concern is bump then have a advise for this, have nice day.
