Bumps On Top Of Both Feet With Severe Pain And Can Barely Walk. How To Treat It?

This is about top of the foot pain…both feet are affected. I play tennis. After a match, sometimes I can barely walk. I try not to lace my shoes too tight. I do have "bumps"on the tops of both feet. This has been going on for years…getting worse. Some days are worse than others. I'm probably long overdue to see a podiatrist. Any suggestions?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be happening because of your play, the muscular pain is the most likely condition and for that you have to be very careful while playing you need to wear the gear for that which could protects you from the stretching of muscles and which could sustain the blood circulation, while sleeping try to keep both legs in elevated position, lactic acid deposition could be one of reason for this, drink soda water after the play, for the symptomatic relief I would advise you to take the Ibuprofen 200mg three times in day, I think this is not much to worry, will come around, have nice day.
