Burning And Itching In Penis While Urinating And Ejaculating, Discharge. Can I Circumcise?
I am 32 year old male, and since 2 months i have a constant burning and itch inside my penis when i urinate or ejaculate, its not on the tip of the penis. I am uncircumcised and i have a condition of phimosis. There is some discharge at times which is light yellow, mostly when i dont masterbate. I masterbate almost every night. I always have protected sex with other males. What could be the problem and do you think i can circumcise at this age and what are the different options for this procedure?

Phimosis causes your prepuce not to retract. In that case smegma which is sebaceous secretion inside the prepuce will accumulate and might cause itching sensation. Ofcourse circumcision can be done at any age. Its a OPD procedure. You need be evaluated for the cause of phimosis at this age. check your blood sugar level. Visit a urologist.
