Burning Around The Hip. Not Yet Reached Menopause. Could This Be Related To It?
i slept and woke up in the morning and feeling a burning aroung my left hip a little way back and the skin pours open a little my cloths cannot touch it nether my hands it is about two weeks and my menustration comes down then when it finish the burning ease i am 47 years but not menopause as yet i get my menustration as usual

You better consult gynecologist once to rule out possibilities like:
Foliculitis
Rash due to sanitary pad etc.
If you are having perimenopausal symptoms usually the burning may be present all over the body.
As you are having only in one period better to exclude local infection.
