Burning Sensation In The Stomach, Frequent Urge For Bowel Movements. Constipation And Nausea. Need Help

hi all week I have been getting a burning sensation in my stomach which gives me the urge to go to the toilet but when I get there i have only got gas or little bit of the runs then feel constipated ive also been getting dull cramps in my abdomen that come and go sometimes it gets stronger then eases also a nausea that's off and on ive been able to eat fine and had no vomiting

Hello, thanks for contacting HCM with your quiery.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, nausea could all be
related to this. Burning sensation in the stomach may be from
acid reflux. If you have not had any significant weight loss, loss
of appetite, blood in the stool or recent change in bowel habits
and If you are over fifty years of age, you need to have a
colonoscopy to rule out polyps or growths.
Stay on a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
