Burning Sensation On The Head With Pressure, Dull Neck Pain After Hit Above Temples. Minor Concussion?
I had my head pushed into a car window on my left side right above my tempal. Im experiencing some burning not just in that side though. Pressure in the front like a sinus headache . And dull pain in the back of my neck .it has been 2 days sincethis happened and i never lost conciousness. Am i at risk for more severe issues other than a minor concussion?
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having burning sensation on the head with pressure following a injury. My response to your question is as follows.
These symptoms does not indicate head injury or concussion, hence no need to be worried. The symptoms of head injury are loss of consciousness, severe headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, bleeding from ears or nose... If these symptoms are present then you need to consult your doctor for examination to rule out head injury by investigations like CT scan and treatment accordingly after confirming the diagnosis.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for any further questions and I will be happy to answer and assist you.
