CSA Positive. TMT Done. What Does The Report Indicate?
I am 53 and attaine dmenopaus erecently. Got TMT done as master check up and shows CSA Positive. Lipid profiel, TTL CHOLOSTROL- 300, LDL 179, HDL 40, TYRGLYCERIDE 440, SUGAR FASTING 112, PP 147. Do I need to get Agngiogram done or is it enough if I medicate for cholostrol and then get a second TMT Done ?

What I uderstand you have TMT positive for ischemia (coronary artery disease- CAD). your lipid profile is also derranged significantly.
In my opinion you should have coronary angiogram and complete cardiac check up
In this situation we simultaneouly we start medication for dyslipidemia, antiplatelets Esosprin or clopidogrel.
If you are having chest pain or chest discomfort ,seek medical advise urgently.
