Hello welcome to health care magic Your ct scan of para nasal sinuses shows that you have deviated nasal septum(DNS) towards right,,and sinusitis..apart from that opening of sinuses are patent,,not closed. Since you have slightly deviated nasal septum,,no problem with that. But for sinusitis you should consult ENT doctor and have your medications like antibiotics,anti histamines.. In the query you didn't mention about the symptoms you had which made you to undergo ct of pns...
