CT Scan Reports Shows Inflamed Pelvis And Stool On Right Side
I had a ct scan yesterday of my stomach and it showed inflamed pelvis and a lot of stool on my right side. Should I do something about it?

You need to tell your age, sex and symtoms for which CT scan was done, before I can give some meaningful inputs. Lot of stool on right side could be due to constipation, but in elderly or sometimes otherwise, an obstructing lesion beyond is what is matter of concern. Further inflammed pelvis is not how a radiologist should mention in his report of CT scan ... inflammatory changes in the mesentry surrounding iliocaecal junction could be due to appendicitis, but then stools are likely to be there on right side. Same for amoebic tephlitis. If you are a female, Tubo-ovarian inflammatory process needs consideration. Actually, some real relevant information is missing, as I said in my opening remarks.
