Can 50 Mg Of Karla Be Taken At Night In Order To Fix Morning BG In A Diabetic Patient?
I am diabetic diagnosed with Diabites type 1.5, started using insulin 16iu lantus at night and 8 to 11iu of novo rapid with every meal, in the morning I take 50mg of jalra, my BG is always under control except in the morning, it's around 125 to 140, althought all day long it's between 79 to 110, can I add another 50 mg of Karla at night to fix the morning BG?
dear sir I understand your concern.in my opinion the best move in your condition is to increase the dose of Lantus by 2 units it will take care the rest.the diabetes your having is called as LADA in his kind of conditions jalra is not having any evidence of use.....regards
