Can Amla Capsules Contribute To Higher Blood Pressure?
hi, I have a high blood pressure and lately elevated LDL. I have started taking amla capsules along with aloe vera juice almost 2 months ago. Not sure about my LDL, but my BP keeps going higher - my diastolic BP is above 100 for several days. Does it mean amla is not working for me? can it contribute to higher blood pressure?

The answer is NO. Many people infact has been benefited in their BP reduction by consumption of AMLA juice. It has nothing to do with high BP.
It is the richest source of Vitamin C and is a diuretic as well that means it will help reduce blood pressure by its diuretic effect. Also its a very good ANTIOXIDANT (agent that slows down the aging process).
