Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears that the tablets are irritant to your stomach. It depends upon the individual variation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, dicyclomine hydrochloride and antacid gel to be used along with it to counter the gastric irritation. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to prevent such pains and resistance against the infections. Your doctor has prescribed this medicines depending upon the symptoms of urinary tract infection before the test. The cause of the burning micturition might be some thing else like stone in the urinary tract, which can cause the burning and pain as well. I advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have an ultrasound for diagnosis . Wishing you a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
