Hi,thanks for query.Migraine can not lead to swelling.You may have associated sinus problem which can lead to swelling at times.Please look for fever and other symptoms suggestive of infection.You can take analgesic for pain if you have.Take steam inhalation as per need,Take light diet and avoid cold things.

thanks for using this site. u did not mention any other ilnesses u might have , migraine has nothing to do with swelling but it does give subjective feeling of this .check in mirror for any pitting in skin when u press it. are u married , or obese , sleep disturbances etc , would u like to share info for a better conclusion . wish u good luck
