Can I Be Pregnant While On Mirena? Have Spotting Issues And Breaking Out In Chin

hi there thank you i wanted to know if i may be pregnanat even though on or have the mirena. i am breaking out in chin worse then normal and longer amount of time as well as today i am spotting some and i never have spotting type issues with the mirena ?
