Can I Reduce My Thigh Size By Skipping 2000 Times Daily ?

hello doc..i am 21 yrs girl with 60 kgs weight n 5.2 inch height.my each thigh size is 25 inches.....is it too heavy??? my waist is 34 inches, .Will skipping rope daily 2000 times reduce my thigh size?

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. Your BMI is on higher side of normal level. You must try to reduce your weight by few kgs. Skipping will definitely help you in this. The thigh size is usually not an indicator of good health and BMI is best index for it. So eat healthy well balanced diet and exercise daily. Wish you good health.

Skipping rope will burn the calories and might help in reducing the overall body weight. The specific reduction of fat on thighs is difficult using it. You need to have some calorie restriction for that. Skipping rope can cause hypertrophy of your leg and calf muscles making them look thicker.
