Hello,

Blood sugar level less than 70 mg / dl is called hypoglycemic. Persistent hypoglycemia is dangerous to health.
So i would advice my patient to stop all the oral hypoglycemic drug and consult your doctor at once. Blood test like FBS, PPBS & HbA1c as to be done to reassortain the diabetic status.
If the blood test are under normal limits then lifestyle modification like diet and exercise will be enough to control the diabetes with regular monitoring.
If blood test are above normal then doctor may adjust the dosage of the drugs as needed.
