Can I Take Prednisone For Autoimmune Hepatitis?

Hello - I am traveling for work & would like some advice. I have autoimmune hepatitis, currently on a round of prednisone (low dose, 2.5mg) and immurane (5mg). I feel pretty good, liver enzymes respond well to prednisone. I found out 1 mo ago my ferritin level was at 5; have been taking 22mg iron/d since. I noticed small, circular bruises on the backs of my thighs. Anything to be worried about? Also have a hard lump that popped up on my forearm...swelling around it seemed to go down with prednisone.
