Hello,

Mirena can cause such symptom. You have not mention when was it inserted but if it is inserted long time back change it, if it is new look for symptomatic treatment eg: for constipation drink warm water with walk a little in morning then go for motion. for cramps have hot water fermentation and pain killer if needed. hot water fermentation for breast soreness. pain killer for headache. If not tolerated chose other method of contraceptive.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
