Can Nexium Astrazeneca Help With Stomach Pain?

last week i ate corn beef and then sudden my stomach is paining till now but no vomits and i went hospital the doctor said i got an acid will i used (NEXIUM ASTRAZENECA 40 MG ) which dotor been given but no works with that medicine ( it seems wanting to go to toilet for stool but i cant

Thanks for posting your query.

It seems like you have been diagnosed with Acute Gastritis and the doctor have given Nexium for that. But what I feel is i addition to gastritis you have Indigestion because of which you are getting Intestinal spasm .

Hence you require Digestive medications ( like Aristozyme ) and anti spasmodic medications (like meftal Spas ). Kindly ask your doctor for these prescription.

Also avoid non veg food , very oily food and eat more of fruits.
