PVCs can occur in smokers, coffee / tea if consumed in large quantities taking granted that they have normal heart (by Echocardiogram). These habits can produce dyspeptic symptoms in some individuals. As you have observed increase in frequency related to particular posture , it is worthy getting 24 hours Holter to know intensity and precipitating factors for addressing the problem.
