Can Pentids 400 Be Used As An Alternative For Kaipen 250?

the doctor has advised me to take Kaipen 250 in the morning. This drug is in short supply and an alternate drug pentids 400 mg was prescribed. However i am not comfortable with this alternative drug given that i am having pain

Pls let me know an ideal solution for this.
