ok, Primolut and Mirena both synthetic Progestogen hormones but they are completely different chemicals is not it?, (I may be wrong) and must be working differently inside human bodies as well. I feel lightheaded after putting in place of Mirena (since 24th May, 2011) and I would even say lifeless. I used Primolut for the last 4 months and now Mirena advised by gynaecologists at hospital. If you know for sure a difference between this 2 synthetic Progestogen will be good to get some idea why this 2 works so differently. I have to ad that when I started to take Primolut I felt increase of energy level and now completely opposite.
Thanks
