Can A Burning Sensation In The Calf Be Due To Shingles?

I am a 75 young healthy female who discoverd that Shingles had reappeared (2nd time in five years), got medical assistnace right away and ma doing pretty well. I am on an anti-viral and cortizone topical cream. This afternoon I noticed a burning sensation on my lower left calf (same side as Shingles appearance) It feels like sun burn and is somewhat sensitive to touch, There is no visable rash or change of skin color. Is this part of the Shingles?
