Can A Different Antibiotic Help Treat Painful Acne?
hi i have painful acne and have completed a course of anti biotics - Azithro... without any effect i was wondering if i can take a second opinion and have the doctor prescribed me another dose of different anti biotic like hostacycline 500 . should i proceed to take these .. .wont it be very hard on my body to have to go through 2 sets of different medication

Well come to HCM
In my opinion this can be treated with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, and for the local application Erythromycin lotion can be tried, the treatment of acne is very lengthy and this goes on changing from time to time that is the way to get the best result, hope this helps.
