Can A General Surgeon Remove Solid Mass In Breast And Will It Harm The Silicone Implants?
I had a breast MRI they say I have a solid mass at 12:00 now I have to have a ultrasound & biopsy I also have silicone implants will this needle procedure harm the implant at all I'm going to a general surgeon the mass may need removed will I need a plastic surgeon also cause of the implant

1. the mass to be removed for biopsy and histology to confirm the diagnosis if bening swelling of the breast or malgnant . the manangement of the mass win depend on the results
