Can Aerobics Help In Reducing Weight Or Any Other Way For The Same ?

hello doctor , m 22 yrs female...my weight is 80 kgs..n height 5.7....i hav joined aerobics class 4 days ago to reduce my weight bt it has increased by around 1 kg in a week...should i stop dis or continue and m avoidin oily,junk,sweet food also...pls guide me how should i reduce my weight...

welcome to the health care magic forum,
Its good that you started taking true efforts in reducing the weight,the thing is that dont think much about the results of the exercise/fforts ,just continue it regularly,you will defenitely reduce the weight ,no doubt in that ,it will take time to occur but it will boost your moral that u are doing something for your self.
apart from avoiding the oily,fatty foods you also try to cut down your food intake ,dring much more water (atleast 4-5 ltrs daily)and eat fruits ,you will notice good changes in less then 15 days.
Dont become curious about checking wt daily,remember u are doing all this with a long term benefits ,so dont be excited or depressed with the present readings.

Thanks for query,
go for thyroid test to rule out hypothyroid.
Do regular exercise for about 30-40 mnt.likre running,jogging,swimming,
Avoid fried,junk food,
Take very less fat and carbohydrate,
Take more green veges and salads,
No food in between two principal meals.take salads if you feel hungry.
