Can An Abnormal ECG Be Made Normal With Treatment?

My dady had a surgery about 16 years before and now he has been feeling shortness if breath and so he had an ECG and it was found to be abnormal .The result say sinus rhythm with occasional ventricular premature complexes,short PR interval,cannot rule out anterior myocardial infraction,minimal ST depression,Twave abnormality,possible lateral ischemia,Twave abnormality,possible inferior ischemia.He is about 72 and i am so much worried could you tell me how to cure if he has any serious heart disease and is it thing to worry?
