Hi Doctor, I had my ECG done and the following are the readings Rhythm - Sinus Rate - 92 bms AXIS -70 degrees P wave - Normal QRS complex morphology - normal T wave morphology - normal Pathological Q wave - NIL U wave - Insignificant PR Interval - 140 ms QRS Interval -96 ms QT Interval - 380 ms ST segment -ISO electric Premature Beats - NIL Others - NIL Interpretation - Left Anterior fascicular Block & Normal Sinus Rythym ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY WAS ALSO DONE FINDINGS - ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY IS WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS What is the impact of left axis deviation With regard to above ecg findings , is there any concern

I really appreciate your concern here the given report is absolutely normal here the clinical complain is important you if you do not have any complaint then n need to take any medicine, for what you did the ECG test not mentioned here neither you have stated the problem and you have asked for the treatment, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
