Can Anxiety Suppressants Help With Head Tremors?

I have a really embarrassing head shaking problem. It gets worse when I'm nervous, but still remains when I'm lying down or completely calm. I'm only 17 and I have head tremors. I have tried anxiety suppressants, but they don't completely stop the head shaking. How can I stop it?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have performance anxiety. In that case, you need beta blocker like propranalol. This would help to control somatic symptoms. You can also try relaxation exercise that would keep you calm in stressful condition. Carry on with antidepressant or other drug you are taking. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
