Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

I am 42 year. Non diabetic. My cholesterol 243, LDL 144, hdl 56,TG 213, weight 57 kg, height 5 ft 3 inch. Systolic BP 150 diastolic 90. Family history of hypertension but no cardiac event. What should I do. I have no symptoms now. These are routine check up findings

It seems from the history that you are not a diabetic and you are 42 years old.
The blood investigations show altered lipid profile with hypercholesterolemia.
The blood pressure is also increased.
Hence you require treatment for hypercholesterolemia is by lipid lowering drugs and for hypertension by antihypertensive drugs.
Hence I advice you yo consult your doctor for prescription of drugs.
