Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

my dad age 75 years has done his sonography of abdomen his reports suggest the following -----bilateral simple renal cyst --prostatomegaly with significant post void residue -- right inguinal hernia ---hypertension pls tell me in simple terms what does it suggest and what course of treatment should we follow since we belong to lower economical background pls suggest some economical method

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your father has bilateral simple renal cyst,this is age related finding and doesn't require any treatment.
He also has enlarged prostate with significant post void residual volume,So he need medicines for it.If it is not controlled with medicines then surgery may be required.
He also has right sided inguinal hernia.Operation is required for this problem.Mesh may be implanted at the defected site.
He also has high blood pressure,so he need anti-hypertensives.
