Dear Sir, I am Dr. Mamunur Rahman. from bangladesh.I have taken operation and radio theraphy in mount Alvinia hospital,Singapore.I sent my Latest post operative (11-06-2011) MRI report to you,plese observe the report and explain your next plan as soon as possible. Bangladesh MRI report of Brain Findings: 1. a.On T1W1 hypointense lobulated mass(2.9 x 1.9 x 3.0 c.m)at 3rd ventricle with distal extension to Aqueduct of sylvius.It has attachment to the ventricular wall. b.It exhibits iso-intermediate intense on FLAIR & T2W1,and marked thick rim heterogeneous enhancement with intralesional hypointense area of necrosis/ cystic degeneration on post contrast-T1W1. c. Moderate dilatation of the lateral ventricles is noticed due to obstruction in CSF channel by the tumor. 2. No evidence of intra or extra axial hematoma ,contusion,infarct,abnormality in gray-white Matter interface or in the appearance of sulci&gyri.No evidence or contralateral shifting of mid-line structures. 3.Pituitary region: No para,intra or suprasellar mass. 4.Orbits:No evidence of intra or extra ocular mass/hematoma or any other intra or extra conal soft tissue lesion. Rectus muscles, optic nerves & paranasal sinuses appear to be unmarkable. 5.PNS:Paranasal sinuses are appearing to be clear. Hypertrophied right nasal turbinates with narrowing of ipsilateral nasal passage.
