As you have got this pain for quite some time which got worse now, I would suggest you to get it assessed clinically by a general surgeon, who might advise you for some routine blood tests, urine test, a stool test for ova and cyst and an ultrasound abdomen if considered necessary. Further management would depend on the results of clinical finding and investigation reports. Till then, you could take some mild anti spasmodic drug and a proton pump inhibitor for a symptomatic relief.
